A single nigiri of silver-skinned fish on a dark plate

Puente Romano · Marbella

Traditional sushi, two ways.

An à la carte Lounge and a fourteen-seat Omakase Bar under one roof, in the same calm, low light.

MICHELIN Guide 2026 Recommended

Since 2007

A Japanese restaurant in Puente Romano, run by sushi chef Andrés Médici and Ivi Boeri, who looks after the room and the sake.

Past the entrance hall, the restaurant divides in two. The Lounge is for sharing plates at low tables, at whatever pace the evening takes. The Omakase Bar is the more traditional space, where sushi is made piece by piece in front of you.

Both work the same way: fish chosen from the best of what arrived that day, much of it dry-aged or cured, served on rice that is seasoned, tender and at the right temperature.

The experiences

Choose your evening

Each space has its own menu and its own rhythm. Pick the one that suits the night.

The food

Aged, cured, cut to order.

Salmon and sea bream are dry-aged. Mackerel is cured in kombu. Bonito and tuna belly see the charcoal just long enough. The attention goes on what matters: the cut, the temperature of each piece, the rice beneath it.

MICHELIN Guide 2026 · Recommended

Recognised by the MICHELIN Guide.

PurOsushi is recommended in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide. The inspectors point to the two distinct spaces, the simple, technique-led bites at the Omakase Bar and the kitchen’s work with matured and cured fish.

The room

Warm wood, low light, no hurry.

A lattice ceiling over the counter, lamplit tables in the Lounge, and a wall of glass and bottles behind it all.

Close to four hundred wines, sakes and champagnes. Nearly a hundred of them sake.

Ivi Boeri leads the drinks list, chosen to sit alongside the food rather than compete with it. It changes with the seasons and small allocations. At the bar, classic and signature cocktails complete it. About the bodega
