The experience
Small, quiet, exacting.
The evening begins with a simple conversation about allergies, intolerances or preferences. From then on, the sequence adapts discreetly, always led by the fish, the season and the rhythm of the omakase.
Service is there to accompany, never to intrude. Ask, and the team will answer in detail. Prefer to talk, watch or simply let it unfold, and the meal moves at your pace.
The focus stays on the essentials: the precise cut, the temperature of each piece, rice that is seasoned and tender, and fish chosen from the best of what arrived that day. Each piece follows the last in a sequence built for balance.
