Information we collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking technologies, and it does not store personal data on its own servers.
- Private event enquiries. The enquiry form does not send data anywhere by itself. It prepares an email in your own email app, which you choose whether to send. If you send it, we use the details only to reply and organise your event.
- Reservations. Table bookings are handled by TheFork. When you book, your information is processed under TheFork’s own privacy policy.
- External links. Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps and the MICHELIN Guide take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to restaurante@purosushi.es. You also have the right to complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Photography, text and the PurOsushi name and logo belong to PurOsushi and may not be reproduced without permission. MICHELIN is a trademark of Michelin. Menus and prices are for guidance and may change.
